Important: New triage system
From Monday 9th December 2024 we will be introducing a revised triage system which will mean:
- we will be able to answer more calls more quickly - reducing the time you spend in the queue
- we will have more appointment slots available so we will not reach our capacity so often
We hope you find this change helpful and look forward to receiving your comments about this.
Important: We’ve listened to you (our patients)
Tired of waiting on the phone to book an appointment? Fed up of being number 10 in the phone queue? Busy at 8.30am so unable to call us then? Find it uncomfortable to explain your problem to a receptionist?
Then…Use our Online system to suit you!
For more information visit our Appointments page.
Patient Call Back Functionality
From 11th July 2024, Clarkson Surgery will be implementing a new and convenient call back option for our patients to use.
If the queue is busy and you are unable to wait then there will be an option for you to request a call back.
Your position in the queue will remain and as soon as one of our reception colleagues is available, the telephone system will reconnect your call.
We believe this new functionality will make it easier and more convenient for patients to contact us via telephone and we look forward to receiving your feedback about this new functionality.
