Dispensary

Here at the Clarkson Surgery, we have our own in-house Dispensary. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm (Closed between 1pm to 2pm for lunch). We also offer a free delivery service ONCE per month to the surrounding villages. Our Dispensary services are only available to patients who live 1 mile away from their nearest chemist. To order repeat medication we offer online requests or via the NHS App alternatively you can place repeat requests in the post box located on the outside of our building. Please be aware that we require 3 working days to process your prescription ready for collection. If you have an appointment at the surgery and require medication, the GP or Clinician can electronically send a prescription direct to the Dispensary who will dispense it for you straight away for collection before you leave the building. For any items not stocked we will endeavour to obtain medication for you either later the same day or the following day. The Dispensary team will text to let you know your medication is ready for collection. Our friendly Dispensary Team will happily answer any questions you may have about our services.
